About Women in Leadership
Women in Leadership (WIL) at the Schulich School of Business is an undergraduate student-led organization committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. Through a combination of leadership development, professional programming, and community building initiatives, WIL provides students with the tools, experiences, and network needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
Guided by its three core pillars, Lead, Inspire, and Unite, WIL empowers students to develop leadership skills through meaningful opportunities, connects them with inspiring professionals and experiences that foster growth, and cultivates a supportive community where members can build relationships and uplift one another.
